Why businesses choose us

Built for organisations that can’t afford to be offline

Downtime costs money, credibility and staff hours. Everything below exists to keep those costs at zero.

Priority support queue

Business faults are escalated ahead of residential tickets and handled by engineers who know your site.

SLA options

Enterprise services carry a Service Level Agreement with defined availability targets and response times.

Redundancy and failover

Diverse routing, backup links and SD-WAN failover for sites that must stay up.

Named account contact

A person who knows your setup — not a ticket number in an offshore call centre.

Scale on demand

Add bandwidth, sites, extensions or access points as you grow, without re-engineering.

One provider, one invoice

Internet, voice, Wi-Fi and networking on a single account with a single point of contact.

How we onboard business customers

From first call to go-live

  1. Discovery call. We ask about your sites, headcount, applications and what happens to the business when the line goes down.
  2. Site survey. Our technicians assess each location for fibre or wireless feasibility, cable routes and equipment placement — at no charge.
  3. Proposal and pricing. You receive a written proposal covering technology, speeds, SLA terms where applicable, installation and monthly costs.
  4. Installation and configuration. We schedule around your operating hours, install, configure and test before handover.
  5. Handover and ongoing support. You get documentation, escalation contacts and a named point of contact for the life of the account.

Let’s scope your requirement

Tell us about your sites, your applications and your uptime expectations. We’ll arrange a free site survey and put a written proposal in front of you.
